Crying is cleansing. Not all of us have figured that part out yet. When I am crying, and I am alone, and I’m almost always alone, it is a soul cry. It’s from the depths, from a place I cannot really pull from if I needed it. And, I must tell you, sometimes, I yearn to be held, to have the opportunity to pour my pain into the hold of another. Your sons are lucky. In a way, you bear the burden while they cleanse.
Thank you for your point of view.
