Firstly, if they’re walking their dogs in the neighborhood, they should have poop bags at the ready to quickly pick up their dog’s poop. Secondly, I’m very wary of allowing Jernee to poop on folks’ lawns, thankfully, we live in an apartment community with several doggy areas around the neighborhood.

People can be outright nasty, if they own dogs, it’s their responsibility to pick up behind them or monitor where they’re pooping or peeing. Common courtesy is nearly dead.
