Haha. I am not good with recipes, Doc. I just get in there and cook. But, you will need a crockpot, turkey wings, sweet potatoes (diced), onions and bell peppers, and broccoli (which must be cooked on the stove).
The turkey wings, onions and bell peppers should cook with two and 1/2 cups of water (depending on how many turkey wings you cook) and various seasonings (choose what you would like — I am a simple seasonings girl: salt, pepper, fresh garlic, parsley, and soul food seasoning) for three and 1/2 hours, then add your diced sweet potatoes and let it cook for another hour and you got it! Also, you can use a little chicken stock in the mix too, a 1/2 cup will do.
