I appreciate your honesty. Not many would be willing to share this part of themselves. I told someone once, “I am bad for your health.” And I meant it. At that time, I wasn’t worth them trying to date me and I was upfront with them about that.
I knew I didn’t want anyone. I didn’t need anyone to love or be in love with at that time. And for some people, that’s a hard pill to swallow. I’ve been single for nearly five years now. The longer the length of time, the more comfortable I become with not being with anyone.
