I have a ton of Customer Service stories I could share and this took me all the way back to my good, old days of working retail.

But, the “on hold” bit… *sighs* story of my life with my current job and with medical insurance companies.

This is funny, but one has to wonder, “what are they doing, clearly the answer doesn’t take that long to “find.” But the power button? Come on. LOL…
