You are the only one that honed in on my question about what one is bringing to Medium. Thank you, marika. I would agree. When we are active and engage and attempt to do what we can to strengthen a place that seems to be falling under its own drilling, I think it should be recognized. I am an avid believer that one should get what one pays for, but was it ever really and truly clear with Medium what everyone would get if they paid?
There seems to have been a lot of shuffling from “Yes, to this” and “Let us rethink this” and “Maybe, you guys don’t need that after all” and it is all a little bewildering to watch take place. I wouldn’t want to purchase my favorite candy bar for $1.89, peel back the wrapper and find some other candy bar there, instead. Plainly put, I’d be hot.
