You were truthful. There’s nothing to apologize for. It is greatly frowned upon by many. But, I do a job that requires me to basically fight insurance carriers almost daily to obtain payment for medical insurance claims. I also oversee the accounts receivable/payments by posting any and all live checks and cash. The thanks I get from our patients on a daily basis has kept me going. Not many will bat for them, insurance carriers can be a total pain.
